Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refunds will only be issued if:

• You request the refund within 7 days of purchase, and
• The plugin fails to function as advertised, and
• You have contacted our support team and allowed us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Support & Updates

Active license holders are entitled to ongoing plugin updates and technical support. Expired or inactive licenses will not receive updates or support.

Limitations

The Ask Adam plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except where required by law. We are not responsible for conflicts with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting environments outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
